The new set of Mrs. Philippines International 2023 Queens were crowned last night in a four hour marathon grand finale at the grand ballroom of Okada Manila in Parañaque City. Delegate from Cebu City North Irma Bitzer took home the coveted title of Mrs. Philippines International 2023 besting 20 other contenders from all over the archipelago.
